Express Scripts is set to exit Mango Health having made a strategic investment in the health management app developer two years ago.
Healthcare industry services provider TrialCard has agreed to acquire US-based digital health management app developer Mango Health for an undisclosed sum, allowing pharmacy benefits manager Express Scripts to exit.
Founded in 2011, Mango has built a mobile app that helps patients by scheduling reminders to take their medications, tracking their weight and blood pressure and informing them of potential drug interactions.
