Live video platform for gamers raises $20m series funding from investors including video game publisher Take-Two.

Twitch, a US-based video platform and community for gamers, which allows gamers to broadcast themselves in action, announced on 30 September that it had raised a series C $20m investment led by venture capital firm Thrive Capital with participation from China-based technology investment firm WestSummit Capital and Take-Two Interactive Software, a US-based publisher of video games such as Grand Theft Auto V, as well as additional funds from existing investors including venture capital firms Alsop Louie Partners and Bessemer Venture…
