Susquehanna Growth Equity SGE will support the virtual property tour platform's next stage of growth, its user base having more than tripled since March.
Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE), a subsidiary of quantitative trading firm Susquehanna International Group, has invested $22m in Realync, the US-based developer of a video leasing and engagement platform for real estate.
Realync has built a cloud software platform that allows members of the multifamily housing industry to safely livestream, pre-record and distribute video tours of properties.
