UK-based mobile connectivity analytics provider OpenSignal has raised $8m in an oversubscribed series B round featuring subsidiaries of mobile chipset maker Qualcomm and publisher O’Reilly Media.
Qualcomm Ventures and O’Reilly AlphaTech Ventures were joined by Octopus Ventures, which led the round, and fellow venture capital firm Passion Capital.
