JustFab has raised the round backed by its parent company Intelligent Beauty and venture firms and is on track to make $100 million in revenue this year, up from $28m in 2011.

Intelligent Beauty, the parent company which incubated JustFab, a US-based online retail and fashion business, has reportedly helped its incubatee raise $76m.

Other backers of JustFab’s series B round included  venture firms Rho Ventures, Matrix Partners, and Technology Crossover, according to news provider TechCrunch. JustFab launched in 2010 and has raised $139m, TechCrunch added.

JustFab is on track to make $100 million in revenue this year, up from $28m in 2011, TechCrunch added.
