Salesforce Ventures is set to exit CRM services provider Fluido three years after backing a $3.5m round, in an acquisition by Infosys.
IT services provider Infosys has agreed to acquire Fluido, a Finland-based customer relationship software integrator backed by enterprise software provider Salesforce, for up to €65m ($76m) according to Times of India.
Founded in 2009, Fluido offers consulting, strategy and training services to help businesses get the most of Salesforce’s customer relationship management (CRM) software. It operates out of offices in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Slovakia.
