The SB ISAT fund, backed by the Indonesian and Japanese telecommunications firms,will invest in e-commerce, fintech and digital media businesses.

Indonesia-based phone operator Indosat has raised a $50m corporate venturing fund in cooperation with Japan-based internet conglomerate Softbank.

The SB ISAT fund will invest in Indonesia-based e-commerce, digital and social media, and mobile financial services startups.
