Digimarc Corp acquires US-based Attributor Corp, backed by US media company Turner Broadcasting, for a reported $5.6m.
Technology company Digimarc Corp has acquired Attributor Corp, a provider of e-book content licensing technology and services for $5.6m, according to news provider Oregon Live. The deal includes a $900k bonus for Shareholders of Attributor if the company meets unspecified performance objectives both this year and in 2013.
