The database software developer will be acquired by long-time investor Dassault Systèmes, providing an exit for fellow investor Temenos.

US-based database software provider NuoDB agreed to an acquisition of undisclosed size by design software producer and minority shareholder Dassault Systèmes yesterday.

Dassault held a 16% share of the company but has agreed to acquire the remainder of NuoDB’s equity in a deal expected to close in December this year, both companies confirmed in a statement.
