The former investment analyst at JetBlue Ventures is relocating from the US west coast to Copenhagen, Denmark, for his new role.
Ruchit Majmudar has joined Ørsted Ventures & Innovation, the corporate venturing and innovation unit of Danish energy company Ørsted, as a senior venture manager.
Majmudar was formerly a senior investment analyst at JetBlue Ventures, which invests on behalf of airline operator JetBlue.
At Ørsted Ventures & Innovation, Majmudar will help lead the unit’s corporate venturing strategy, manage portfolio companies and limited partnerships, and source and invest in startup founders, according to his LinkedIn post announcing the move.
