Steindl is joining a new venture capital firm focused on European technology scale-ups.

Lukas Steindl has left Uniqa Ventures, the CVC arm of Austria’s Uniqa Insurance Group.
Steindl spent three years at Uniqa Ventures, where he rose through the ranks from an investment analyst to a manager with a focus on healthtech, insurtech and fintech.
Steindl announced the launch of a new venture capital and private equity firm, Shape Capital Partners, focused on European tech scaleups at growth stage, which he joins as an investment manager.
“Together with my colleagues and our esteemed founding partners, Dr. Andreas Nemeth, Ralf Kunzmann and Georg Ioannidis, we are looking forward to this exciting journey and the opportunities ahead,” Steindl said in a LinkedIn post.
