Louis Fearn has been promoted to principal at JLR's corporate venture arm after three years as a venture investor.

InMotion Ventures, the corporate venture arm of JLR, the UK carmaker formerly known as Jaguar Land Rover, has promoted venture investor Louis Fearn to principal.

Fearn joined InMotion in 2020 following a year as growth lead at talent management platform developer TalentDesk.io, where he oversaw its entry into the UK and mainland Europe.

He is InMotion’s specialist sustainability investor and led its contributions to rounds for alternative leather developers Gen Phoenix in March this year and Uncaged Innovations earlier this month.
