The Salesforce-backed digital marketing technology provider received the cash in a round led by B Capital Group that brought its overall funding past the $350m mark.

Pendo, a US-based digital marketing software provider backed by enterprise software producer Salesforce, secured $150m in series F funding on Tuesday, reaching a valuation of $2.6bn.

Investment firm B Capital Group led the round, which also featured Silver Lake Waterman, hedge fund manager Tiger Global Management, growth equity firms Meritech Capital Partners and General Atlantic and venture capital firms Battery Ventures, Geodesic Capital, FirstMark Capital, Sapphire Ventures, Contour Venture Partners and Idea Fund Partners.
