Kevin Weber will focus on fintech investments and enterprise capabilities at the investment arm of American Express.
Kevin Weber, former senior vice president of venture investing at Citi Ventures, has taken the role of managing director at Amex Ventures, the investment unit of financial services group American Express.
Weber was at Citi Ventures for a year and a half. Before Citi, he worked at Synchrony Ventures, the CVC arm of consumer financial services company Synchrony.
He also did a stint at GE Capital where he worked in corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions.
