FTX and Coinbase took part in a $200m round for NFT game developer Limit Break while Schaeffler, Kingspan and Marcegaglia backed H2 Green Steel’s $190m series B.

M&A

Solar energy and battery system provider Enphase Energy has agreed to acquire GreenCom Networks, a Germany-based utility industry’s software-as-a-service platform backed by energy suppliers Shell, E.On and Centrica, for an undisclosed amount. The company had raised $14.5m in a late 2020 round featuring all three corporates.
