Prologis Ventures and GV helped supply chain analytics provider Altana raise $100m while Amazon and BHP were among the investors in an $85m round for clean steel technology developer Electra.

Energy Capital Ventures, a US-based venture capital firm targeting natural gas technology, has raised $61m for its debut fund from limited partners including energy utilities Eversource Energy, National Fuel Gas, Avista, Black Hills Energy, NiSource, Southwest Gas Holdings and Spire.
M&A
Diversified conglomerate RattanIndia Enterprises is fully acquiring India-based electric motorcycle producer and portfolio company Revolt Motors. The corporate already owned a 33.8% stake in Revolt having invested $20.1m in April 2021.
Cryptocurrency exchange Zipmex has sold its stake in Singapore-headquartered digital custodian Atato, DealStreetAsia has reported, citing a regulatory filing. The buyer and size of the deal was not disclosed but Zipmex acquired its shares through Atato’s $1m seed round in May 2021.
