Emilie Termignon, formerly executive president and head of finance at Orange’s venture offshoot, has joined Eurazeo’s VC group as CFO.
Emilie Termignon has departed from Orange Ventures, the venture capital group spun out of French telecommunications firm Orange, and joined investment group Eurazeo.
Termignon spent five and a half years at Orange Ventures, first as CFO from 2019 before becoming executive president and head of finance nearly five years later.
Orange Ventures was spun off by Orange in 2021 with €350m ($426m at the time) in capital. It not only focuses on areas strategic to Orange such as network and IT, digital enterprise, cybersecurity and fintech but also backs other innovative offerings such as consumer, gaming, edtech and healthtech platforms.
At Eurazeo, Termignon will be CFO of the firm’s venture capital group, which has more than €3bn ($3.3bn) under management and over 200 active portfolio companies.
