Kelly Shaw has become head of Synchrony Ventures, the CVC arm of US-based consumer finance firm Synchrony Financial.

Shaw is moving on from her previous role as a partner at Vestigo Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in fintech, AI and B2B SaaS. 

Synchrony Ventures invests early-stage financial services, healthcare and commerce startups.

She originally worked at Synchrony Ventures between 2016 and 2019 when she was part the M&A team.
