Comcast's corporate venture capital unit has provided $8m for the risk analysis company's series A round, which will be used to improve its lead product.
Comcast Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of internet and cable service provider Comcast, invested $8m in US-based risk analysis company Bay Dynamics on Tuesday.
Founded in 2001, Bay’s data analysis technology locates and provides visualisation of anomalies in data, enabling companies to better analyse risk. The series A funding will be used to enhance its lead product, Risk Fabric.
