Cloud computing technology provider Cliqr has now raised $38m since its formation, after closing a round once again featuring Google.

Cliqr, a US-based provider of cloud migration and management services, raised $20m on Tuesday in a series C round featuring internet company Google’s corporate venturing unit Google Ventures.

The round was led by venture capital firm Polaris Partners and also included Foundation Capital and TransLink Capital.

Google Ventures and Foundation previously combined to fund an $8m combined seed and series A round in 2012. Cliqr subsequently raised more than $10m in series B funding, reportedly from Google, Foundation and TransLink.
