US virtual data room start-up CapLinked raises $2.1m from consortium of VCs and entrepreneurs.
CapLinked, a start-up offering workspaces for managing business deals, has closed a $2.1m series A financing round – a $500,000 extension on a figure announced six months ago.
The company said in November that it raised a $1.6m round from FF Angel (the seed-stage fund operated by Founders Fund), Siemer Ventures, 500 Startups, venture capitalist and entrepreneur Peter Thiel, Yammer founder David Sachs and others.
