The largest investor in the fund is real estate group Shin Kong.
Shin Kong Group, a Taiwanese financial group, SBI Holdings, a financial services division of Japan’s Softbank conglomerate, and Nan Fung Group, a Hong Kong-based real estate company, have teamed up to invest across Asia with a $24m fund.
The fund will invest across China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Shin Kong is investing $12m while the other two investors are committing $6m each.
