Autodesk's Forge Fund led the round as part of a strategic partnership with construction software provider Assemble Systems.

Design software producer Autodesk’s corporate venturing vehicle, Autodesk Forge Fund, has led a $12m series A round for US-based construction software developer Assemble Systems.

The round also featured Satterfield Vintage Investments, an investment vehicle for Thomas A. Satterfield, Jr, the co-founder of construction firm Satterfield & Pontikes, and Assemble Investments. Both were described by Assemble Systems as existing investors.
