Angie’s List, a US-based provider of consumer reviews on local services, has raised $53.6m from 13 investors out of a planned $60m round, according to its regulatory filing.
The company previously raised $48m from Aquent, a marketing and design staffing company, and venture capital firms Battery Ventures and BV Capital, according to news provider TechCrunch.
