Allscripts began a strategic partnership with DBMotion in 2009 and made an equity investment in the company in 2011.
Allscripts, a Nasdaq-listed healthcare provider, has acquired its corporate venturing portfolio company DBMotion, an Israel-based supplier of community health services, for about $235m.
Allscripts will initially pay $145m in cash and $50m in its stock with a further $40m due 18 months depending on performance.
