OneTrust has acquired private data software provider Integris, which had previously raised some $22m in funding from investors including Workday Ventures.
Enterprise software provider Workday exited US-based data privacy platform developer Integris Software yesterday in a purchase of undisclosed size by data and privacy management services provider OneTrust.
Integris has built a software platform that provides deep analysis of sensitive data even if it has not been classified as such by existing privacy regulations. It has already been integrated into OneTrust’s corporate data management software product, OneTrust DataDiscovery.
