Telefónica-owned ElevenPaths has bought cybersecurity training service iHackLabs, which received funding from Telefónica's Wayra unit in 2018.

iHackLabs, a UK-based cybersecurity training platform developer backed by telecommunications firm Telefónica, has been acquired by the latter’s cyber safety subsidiary, ElevenPaths, for an undisclosed sum, Tech.eu reported on Monday.

Founded in 2015, iHackLabs offers simulations and training software for cybersecurity professionals as part of a subscription service.

The company had formed a strategic partnership with ElevenPaths in 2018 that led to an undisclosed amount of funding from another Telefónica unit, Wayra, later that year.
