Itochu Technology Ventures was among the investors in a $10.8m round closed as the drone technology developer rebranded from V-Cube.
Japan-based unmanned aerial vehicle technology developer V-Cube Robotics has raised $10.8m in funding from investors including diversified trading firm Itochu and rebranded to Sensyn Robotics.
Itochu, which took part through its Itochu Technology Ventures unit, was joined by Eight Roads Ventures Japan, a subsidiary of financial services and investment group Fidelity, as well as Drone Fund and Globis Capital Partners, which previously invested in V-Cube in 2016.
