Qihoo 360 has exited the Brazil-based peer after it joined AI technology group CyberLabs to form a new company, CyberLabs Group.

Artificial intelligence and computer vision technology developer CyberLabs has merged with PSafe, a Brazil-based antivirus software provider backed by peer Qihoo 360, Latin America Business Stories has reported.

Dubbed CyberLabs Group, the merged group’s lead product is Dfndr Enterprise, a software tool that monitors the deep web in a bid to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with automated and predictive cybersecurity services, thwarting data leaks.
