The co-working space provider, spun out from 36Kr, is set to use the $94.7m it has raised to add 300,000 square metres of office space by the end of 2018.

Kr Space, the co-working space provider formed by China-based technology, media and entrepreneurial services provider 36Kr, has raised RMB600m ($94.7m) in funding from unnamed investors.

A press release from the company announcing the funding revealed that the round closed at some point last month without offering additional details.

36Kr spun out Kr Space in early 2016 to operate a network of 30 co-working spaces across nine Chinese cities. Kr Space has a total of 20,000 users across its spaces.
