Kallidus has purchased the Gradient Ventures-backed HR management software provider following a $4m seed round in 2019.
Sapling, a US-based human resources (HR) platform developer has been acquired by HR software provider Kallidus Group for an undisclosed amount, providing an exit for internet technology provider Google.
Founded in 2017, Sapling has developed a software platform that helps businesses manage HR tasks such as recruitment. employee onboarding and offboarding as well as HR data management.
UK-headquartered Kallidus will leverage acquisition to access the US market and begin offering e-learning services.
