Microsoft Ventures, which participated in the round's $10m first tranche in September, has returned to contribute to a $10m extension.
Norway-based educational game developer Kahoot doubled a series A round featuring software provider Microsoft’s corporate venturing unit Microsoft Ventures to $20m yesterday.
The $10m extension was led by undisclosed, Norway-based private investors, and included Microsoft Ventures, Northzone and Creandum, the three participants in the $10m first tranche of the round in September 2016. Kahoot has now raised $26.5m in total.
