Globis, Nippon Life and Resona have exited the post-graduation job search service provider in an offering on TSE’s Mothers Market.

i-Plug, the Japan-based, corporate-backed operator of a new graduates’ recruiting service dubbed OfferBox, has listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE)’s Mothers Market.

The company issued about 13.8 million shares in its initial public offering (IPO) with approximately 241,000 more for the greenshoe option. Daiwa Securities is lead underwriter for the offering
