Bank of Montreal and Yaletown Partners co-led the IT security company’s series E round, which featured returning investors SAP National Security Services and Razor’s Edge Ventures.

US-based cybersecurity technology developer GoSecure today raised $20m in a series E round co-led by financial services firm Bank of Montreal.

Enterprise software producer SAP’s corporate venturing arm, SAP National Security Services (SAP/NS2), and venture capital firm Razor’s Edge Ventures took part in the round, which was co-led by Yaletown Partners.
