N3twork, a US-based mobile content organisation founded by the team behind gaming developer Ngmoco, has raised $12m in its seed round from a consortium including Google Ventures, the corporate venturing unit of the eponymous search engine provider. 

Venture capital firm KleinerPerkins Caufield & Byers led N3twork’s round, which also included VC peer Floodgate.
