M12 has co-led a $34m round for Ox Security’s while SoftBank-backed Solfácil has upped its series C to $130m.

Perch, a US-based digital display technology developer backed by visual merchandising service The Visuality Corporation and cosmetics distributor Grace Beauty, was acquired by store equipment provider Raydiant for an undisclosed amount. The company had secured at least $3.8m in funding according to press releases and securities filings.
