Graphic design software provider Adobe has agreed to acquire Figma, a US-based interface design tool developer backed by media group O’Reilly, for $20bn. The company was valued at $10bn as of a $200m series E round in June 2021, having secured about $333m in total funding.
Financial performance management tool Planful has acquired Plannuh, a US-based marketing automation tool provider backed by internet technology firm Alphabet’s Google subsidiary. Google’s AI vehicle, Gradient Ventures, had backed the company’s $4.1m round in September 2021 and a $4m seed round the year before.
