Hong Kong-based food delivery service DayDayCook has launched a $10m partnership with venture accelerator Brinc to invest in companies in China and the rest of Asia developing food technology. They will focus on sustainable, animal-free, ingredients.
M&A
Payment services provider Mastercard and networking technology producer ACPL have exited India-based customer onboarding software developer Syntizen in an acquisition of undisclosed size by financial software producer M2P Fintech. They had invested an undisclosed sum in the company in 2019.
Public Markets
South Korea-based medical imaging technology producer Lunit has floated on the Kosdaq Market in its home country, in a $28m initial public offering. Its investors include telecommunications and internet conglomerate SoftBank, laboratory operator NSG Biolabs and internet groups Naver and Kakao as well as Legend Capital, the venture capital firm spun off by conglomerate Legend Holdings.
