Hadar Pode left her Israel-based managing director position at Porsche Digital after six years, without disclosing her new role.
Hadar Pode has left her Tel Aviv-based managing director role at Porsche Digital, a startup scouting unit of German carmaker Porsche.
Pode did not reveal her next steps.
Launched in 2017, Porsche Digital focuses on discovering and implementing digital business models and improving existing products through partnerships with startups. The unit has teams across China, Croatia, Germany, Israel, Spain and the US.
Porsche Digital hired Pode in late 2018 as a scouting director to identify Israeli startups working on relevant technologies. She was named managing director of the Tel Aviv office in mid-2022 to oversee the unit’s broader activities across open innovation, CVC investment and cybersecurity.
“Thanks to the confidence, trust and support of Porsche’s top management, we were able to create significant value for the company across multiple areas, while successfully scaling our local team,” she said in a LinkedIn post.
Previously, Pode had been head of startup business development at the Innovation Tech Terminal of Deloitte Catalyst, a network hub of consulting firm Deloitte in Israel, for two years and a half from 2016.
