The cybersecurity software platform developer has received funding from Capital One Ventures through a strategic partnership with its parent company.

Financial services firm Capital One Ventures agreed yesterday to make a $24m investment in US-based cloud cybersecurity software provider Securonix through corporate venture capital unit Capital One Ventures.

Securonix is the creator of a security information and event management platform which utilises advanced analytics technology to collect large volumes of data in real time in order to detect advanced cybersecurity threats.
