US-based Calavo Growers has announced it will be come the majority share-holder into cloud-based fresh fruit platform FreshRealm.
US-based fruit growers Calavo Growers has spun-out FreshRealm, a start-up which will develop a new, cloud-based technology platform aimed at the fresh food market.
Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. Calavo will be the majority shareholder along with undisclosed, strategic minority partners.
