Taylor Davidson has resigned from his position at corporate venturing unit KBS+ Ventures to "focus on projects that matter".

Taylor Davidson is to leave his post as director at KBS+ Ventures, the early stage investment arm of advertising agency KBS+, after three years, he announced in a personal blog post this week.

During his tenor with KBS+ Davidson invested in 11 companies and launched an educational programme for entrepreneurship and innovation. Prior to that, he spent time at financial services firm Capital One Financial as a business manager.

Davidson said he resigned from KBS+ in order to “to pursue new endeavours”. He  will remain as head of consultancy Unstructured Ventures, where he builds template financial models to help entrepreneurs create financial projections.
