Neustar, a New York-listed communications company, has acquired Quova, an online location services provider, according to news provider VentureBeat.

Founded in 1999, Quova has raised about $38m from a consortium including IDG Ventures, the corporate venturing unit of International Data Group, and venture capital firms Sequel Venture Partners and Mobius Venture Capital, VentureBeat said.
