Susquehanna Growth Equity returned for a series C round that pushed the marketing automation technology provider's valuation past $3bn.

US-based customer experience software provider ActiveCampaign secured $240m in series C financing yesterday from investors including Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE), a subsidiary of quantitative trading firm Susquehanna International Group.

Hedge fund manager Tiger Global Management led the round, which also featured investment firm Dragoneer and growth equity firm Silversmith Capital Partners. It valued the company above $3bn.
