The corporate venturing unit of industrial and office supplies conglomerate 3M has backed Zephyr Technology, a maker of physiological monitoring systems.
3M New Ventures was joined yesterday in the series C round by Motorola Solutions Venture Capital, the corporate venturing unit of the eponymous communications company, and venture firm Alsop Louie Partners.
