Vitrue had raised about $33m, including 17m in its series C round in February last year from a consortium including cable group Comcast's corporate venturing unit.
US-based database provider Oracle has agreed to acquire Vitrue, a local cloud-based social marketing and engagement platform (pictured one of its logos), for $300m, according to news provider TechCrunch.
