Sun protection product developer Nanosive has been launched by Truffle Capital with a licence from Yale University.

Nanosive, the France-based developer of a sun protection product based partly on Yale University research, obtained an undisclosed amount of funding yesterday from venture capital firm Truffle Capital’s BioMedTech Fund.
Nanosive was incorporated by Truffle in December 2017 and has secured a licence for Yale technology which uses active nanoparticles drawn from polymers to offer better UV protection from the sun, helping to prevent skin cancer and slow the effects of ageing.
