Satt Erganeo-backed Open Agora offers software to run opinion surveys within enterprise software such as Slack.
Open Agora, a France-based enterprise software tool developer backed by regional tech transfer office Satt Erganeo, has been acquired by collaboration software publisher Jamespot for an undisclosed sum.
Open Agora provides software features for enterprise collaboration platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams that enable the user to quickly create surveys to collect feedback from their workforce or community.
Its software had almost 1 million registered users by the end of 2019. The software will now be relaunched under Jamespot’s brand, which also includes collaboration tools such as video conferencing and news bulletins.
Jamespot will retain Open Agora’s offices in the northern French city of Rennes.
Satt Erganeo provided support to help incorporate Open Agora in 2017, although further details could not be ascertained.
