E-Zyvec, a France-based producer of fully customised gene expression vectors spun out of University of Lille, has been acquired by nucleic acid transfection solutions provider PolyPlus for an undisclosed amount. The spinout was founded in 2016 with the support of regional tech transfer office SATT Nord and raised an undisclosed amount of seed funding two years later from Autonomie et Solidarité, Nord France Amorçage and unnamed individuals.
