Nutreco and Olympic Investments co-led a $49.8m round for the mycoprotein ingredient developer and University of Strathclyde spinout that included Axa.
Enough, a UK-based mycoprotein producer spun out of University of Strathclyde, raised €42m ($49.8m) today in series B funding today.
The round was co-led by animal nutrition specialist Nutreco and Olympic Investments, the private investment arm of the Onassis Foundation.
